I bought this cute and handy travel set on the recommendation of my friends who had bought it. The colours are very vibrant and they dry so quickly on the palette that it isn't a problem to fold them up after use. This set is great for me. There are 33 colours so I don't have to do a lot of mixing. I am now ordering a second one of 42 colours. Even though the pans are thin, I feel that they will last a long time because you just need a damp brush and a little colour goes a long way. I use these in adult colouring books and on watercolour paper when I draw out a picture. I attend a Painting group once a week and these are very portable and what I grab to take with me.

Got this for my sister for her birthday last month. She's doing art for her GCSE’s, favourite hobby and subject. She love them! Good quality paints for the price. Perfect for travelling. Only fault is that they are a little hard to use because of the stacked approach.

I took this paint set on holiday but every time I closed it all the paint got dislodged, smudged and goey making it super messy.

Ich habe das 33-er Set ausprobiert. Es sind ein paar Farben, die sich zu stark ähneln, im orange, roten und braunen Bereich. Dafür fehlt ein Sepia oder Umbra, da hätte man gut eines der anderen Brauns weglassen können. Ebenso vermisse ich ein Paynes Gray, und ein wirklich kaltes, leuchendes Rot. Eine schöne Vielfalt von Grüntönen und Blautönen. Beim Gelb hätte man statt C03 besser ein wirklich kaltes Gelb bringen sollen. Die Farben leuchten schön, einige sind aber mit zu viel Bindemittel versehen, so das eine Violett, und die Brauntöne. Die meisten Farben sind jedoch farbstark, klar und leuchtend. Es gibt nicht, wie bei vielen billigen Farben, ein kreidiges Gefühl. Für Leute, die mal in die Aquarellmalerei hineinschnuppern wollen, empfehlenswert als günstiges Set. Ich würde dann aber eher ein kleineres Set empfehlen, da für Anfänger 18 oder 25 Farben vollkommen ausreichen. Wer eine bessere Farbauswahl will, der sollte das 42er Set nehmen. Das Fächersystem ist nicht so praktisch, wie ich gedacht habe, für unterwegs ist ein selbst zusammengestellter Blechkasten mit Daumenöse, zwei Mischbereichen und 12-18 Farben völlig ausreichend und genauso kompakt. Die Mischfläche ist sehr klein, und der Schwamm unbrauchbar, da nehme ich lieber ein Papiertaschentuch. Mit Wasserpinseln kann ich mich nicht wirklich anfreunden, da müsste ich auch etwas anderes nehmen.

Seul bémol après plusieurs utilisations les peintures craquellent en séchant.Ma mère qui pratique l aquarelle les a essayé et à réussi à faire de beaux essais ce n'est donc pas réservé qu'aux enfants.
