Product DescriptionOur Pumpkin & Sage Tortelloni is an all-time classic now suitable for vegans! The delicious filling is made using Italian Pumpkins of the sweetest variety. They are cooked from scratch in our kitchens: we manually cut the pumpkins and then roast them in the oven. Then we just add some breadcrumbs and a bit of Sage to enhance the flavour. The pasta itself is made using Italian Durum Wheat flour and the tortelloni are then hand-folded one by one to hold lots of filling. A real nice and heatlhy pasta treat! Cooking InstructionHob - From Ambient. Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta). Add the pasta and cook for 3 - 4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 - 5 minutes for frozen pasta. Drain and serve with olive oil or with your favourite sauce. StorageKeep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.
