PROS: It will save money on you light bill, energy efficient. Built is good. Fan Timer feature is really good and useful (on winter days when i need fan at night till 3-4am but after that my nose gets block) No hardware issue CONS: You have to point remote horizontal towards fan and it doesn't work on single button press, you've to press and hold it till the beep sound comes (only that time fan receives the single). Air flow is what should be considered, it's not good! small rooms will have no issue but a medium sized or large rooms don't get air on edges/corners. Airflow is center focused. -it's overall decent product but will suggest other at this point.

Once switching ON the fan just press OFF button and at next moment press 1 button for about 10-Sec in the remote, you will hear beep sound from fan indicating that fan and remote are paired with each other. Remote Control allows to adjust the speed and turn the fan ON/OFF without getting up, It’s a small feature, but it makes a big difference in daily use. Amazon Service: Amazon’s delivery service was top-notch. The fan arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Customer Service: I had not go for Customer Service, but to my knowledge a minor query about installation is need, and support team will quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it is recommend to buy this Crompton Energion Hyperjet 1200mm BLDC Ceiling Fan for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient ceiling fan.
