The media could not be loaded. Hour out of the box, got it assembled on our kitchen table. My wife and I took each side to put it right side up and boom the cheap plastic brackets gave out on one side fairly quickly. Dropping a expensive printer on my experience floor. Went with hp over Epson because of a time crunch lesson learned. It's probably fine will call hp tomorrow just irritated at the situation. Keep y'all posted
