Item as expected. This is a compact a relatively light weight WALKING treadmill. No running, it is not designed for the impact of running. The handrail is a bit too short. Setup was easy except for the remote. The instructions on paring the remote to the treadmill were very poor. I called the customer service phone number and it hung-up on me three times. An email requesting helps was answered with "what is your order number?" A second response asked the same question but did provide the way to pair the remote. A negative.... once the exercise is over, the display clears almost immediately..... wish it would stay longer so you can see time, distance and calories.

Nice size and able to put under furniture when not in use. Went together easily and simple to use. Decent speed range

I really enjoy this walking pad! It’s so easy to move around and to store when not in use. It’s helped me get in my steps for the day when I can’t leave the house for an outdoor walk/jog.

I love this. It was a decent price, super easy to store if I needed to and does not seem to be that loud. I choose to leave it out because it makes me more motivated to use it. It was super easy to set up and the remote makes it super easy to up the speed while I am on it. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I wish the length of the treadmill was a little longer, i did not realize how short it was. So if you have a longer stride, this wouldn't be an idea choice for you. But I am a shorter person so it works out okay.

I am updating my review to 5 stars. The vendor did immediately send a replacement treadmill and it works as intended.
