So these do work in the sense that they de-sensitize, allowing not to feel..that moment...as quickly or as intensely. this product uses Benzocaine as a numbing agent and it does numb. That is how they work. Sure that's helpful for holding, but the rest isn't quite as pleasureable and I did find occasionally it made it a bit more difficult to keep up when not actively going.In my case, I noticed a mild numbing sensation, and I did last a little longer than usual. However, the effect wasn’t dramatic. With the spray, overspraying the recommended dose led to a bit too much numbness which wasn't exactly pleasant. The wipes were less consistent, and one felt a bit underpowered compared to the spray.If you’re new to this type of product or need just a little more staying power, it might be worth trying. But if you’re looking for a strong, reliable delay every time then his might fall short. Also, be mindful not to use too much to avoid excessive numbness and also be sure to wait the recommended time. I've had lidocaine patches for back and shoulder pain, they also take some time to kick in. Don't worry, it lasts a long time, a good hour or longer.
