I've been using this every night after my shower before bed.Pros:- It feels so cooling and pleasant when applied to my skin after a shower.- It doesn't irritate my skin at all, and I have quite sensitive skin so that's saying something.- It spreads evenly so you don't need to use too much.- I love the way it makes my skin look healthy after prolongued use.Cons:- It is VERY expensive for how much you get, so be aware of that.Overall, I'd recommend it if money isn't an issue for you.
