This preworkout is effective and gave me a great energy boost. I got the the caffeinated version but have felt amped before my workouts with no jitteriness. It mixes very easily with a handmixer.

I’ve tried a lot of pre-workout supplements over the years, but Equip has truly impressed me! I love how clean and natural the ingredients are—no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. The energy boost is perfect for powering through workouts without the jittery feeling that comes from caffeine. A really great pre-workout for those who are sensitive to caffeine. I can push myself harder during my training sessions, and I don’t crash afterward. The taste is fantastic too, not too sweet but refreshing, and it mixes really well with water.

I've tried a lot of pre workouts on the market and this one is easily my favorite. It tastes good and I can trust the ingredients which is super important to me. It does give you the tingles from the beta-alanine but I actually enjoy that during my workouts so it doesn't bother me. I opted for the caffeine version but it doesn't give me the jitters, it feels like level energy and I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine so that's a huge win for me. Highly recommend!!

I'm not a huge pre-workout person, but this pre-workout has been so amazing! The flavor is really good, it gives me a good energy boost, its full of clean ingredients, and I don't feel any of the jitters that other pre-workouts give. I'd highly recommend this pre-workout!

Incredible flavor. Had more energy during my workout and blended really easily with water. Will definitely be ordering again and appreciate the strict standards for safety and quality.

Stevie? Disgusting

I mixed core colostrum with the pure pre workout as a morning beverage while I was working today. I’m not a big fan of stevia. But other than that, I liked the tangy blackberry lemon flavour, and the energy it gave me. It’s not at all like most commercial pre workout drinks that give you jitters. I will make it as a smoothie or a popsicle for when warmer days come. I think if they switched to allulose or monk fruit, I’d give it a full five stars. All in all, I am happy with these products and will continue to observe how my body responds to them.

No crazy tingling like others I’ve had which is great I also like having a stim free option for later in the day workouts and my husband prefers it but I really love the caffeine option for my morning workouts and energy to mom all day long! It’s even better the ingredients aren’t trash this “crunchy” mom as some call me are pleased with it!
