Doesnt last long around here!
I notice Soreen have restarted advertising the malt loaf. It rekindled my yearning for it. It's lovely on its own with or without a spread. Chop it up into porridge or other breakfast as well! Would have been 5 stars but the size is down and the price is up - that's the way it is these days.

Love It, A Classic
Not sure why really but have always loved Soreen Malt Loaf, decently priced even though it did used to be £1 but they're again everything has shot up these days. But something satisfying with a couple of slices with nice butter on them, chewy, malty and delicious snack. Will definitely buy again.

Life Better With This On Your Plate
Just the tonic after bad news of any sort, relationship, results, politics, cash issues, car issues or house falling down .... butter (Lurpak unsalted) up some Soreen, hot strong and sweet sugar and suddenly everything is fine! Comfort on a plate!
