Q: I connected my phone via Bluetooth but it keeps connecting and disconnecting. Does anyonw know why?

U may have to turn off a previous device's bluetooth off that you used before with this . When you do...your phone bluetooth should stay connected to unit.

Q: I am missing dc 12v power socket. do i suppose to order it separately? and where?

It supposed to come everything you need for this PA system. You might want to email the seller to get the missing part.

Q: Can I get extra mics I can get for this machine
