Easy to swallow
I love that everything is in it that I want. However, it won’t last that long, for the amount that you have to use for only one month. And then you have to buy it again. And I think it’s expensive. I wish they made it to work. It’s all in one pill too. However, they are very easy to take..

Easy to swallow
I purchased this because my doctor said I needed to take a calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium supplement. It's easy to swallow, and I haven't had any stomach distress from taking it.

Nausea
Had to trash. Tried taking with and without food and made me sick both times, nausea and vomiting. I do have a sensitive stomach but have been able to take other vitamin D supplements.

Good combination
For a week, I feel the difference. It helps that it is several vitamins in one pill. I have prescriptions medications and it help to have less pills to take but the vitamin were very needed.
