I haven't had any issue with the tips coming off the bristles or anything I read about in some of the reviews. It seems very durable, so far. The head of the brush, where the bristles are, is a little bit flexible but, the handle is not. It's kind of hard to tell in the product photos but, the handle isn't round, it's oval shaped. The pointed end is great for parting the hair into sections for brush styling curls. It takes a bit to learn how to get enough tension to enhance your curl pattern. It doesn't tangle my hair & it works well for me.

This is the best brush I have ever used. I have curly hair which has a mind of it's own. This brush separates your hair so it can curl naturally. I bought several for all my sisters. They love it too. Really nice gift too. Well made, it will probably last my lifetime.

We've been using this for my daughters curly hair and it's been SOO helpful with tangles. Two days ago I finally used it myself on my hair and YALL! My hair has legitimately never looked so good. It helps to separate into defined curls and I was thoroughly surprised by how well it detangled my extremely thick hair!

It didn’t work for me. My hair did a lot of shedding trying to use this. More hair was curled around the brush than I’ve ever seen and I had no curly tangles because I’d detangled my hair before using it. Hope it works better for you. Gave up because I was losing so much hair. It also didn’t have a great result. Looked about the same as if I used a wide toothed comb but the comb never results in shedding. Think maybe it was tugging my hair out? Don’t know it was not the result I wanted so threw it away.

I have curly hair, but live in a dry climate. This brush works very well in that it does not flatten all the curls out. Easy to wash.

Ordered this based on a friend’s recommendation, and couldn’t be happier. Does a great job of “clumping” my curly hair. Very little frizz after use! So happy with it!
