The best coagulant I have ever used, no odor, easy to operate

I use these for a very specific icing recipe I make and it is the best icing I’ve ever made. I haven’t been able to find them in a grocery store so I just order them from Amazon. They are a little bit on the expensive side but the pack comes with enough that it lasts me a long time.

What we received must have been old stock, because it would not gel even using double the usual amount.

I use these gelatin sheets for windows in my gingerbread house. They are nice and clear. Exactly what I needed!
