I bought this for a group event. When it arrived we used the filters that came with it. It took 1hr to make 3 pots of coffee. Water would not drain thru filters and overflowed over top of filter. We noticed the waxy, smooth texture of them and tried a different kind. I used Big Joe large coffee filters, which I ordered off of Amazon. The coffee maker worked GREAT !! So happy that it was such an easy fix. I recommend to the company to send different brand of filters or a coupon to order the filters.

This is a terrible unit. We had 3 of them and 2 I sent back because either it didn't brew correctly, water stop coming out and various other quirky things (hot water spout didn't work). Tech support by chat is all and every time they say they'll get back to you in 24-72 hours. If you're lucky enough and get an email and a name they'll stay with you but are powerless to resolve issues. If you try and submit a case online they want you to submit pics and videos in a non standard format. They may have other products that are good but this one is a definite BUYER BEWARE!. Our third unit just quit working after less than a month and it actually overfilled the coffee pot and made a huge mess on the floor and everywhere....after that it makes a grinding noise but won't make coffee. What a shocker :(

Really great coffee maker. No leaks, brew time is about 6-7 minutes per pot. I use this in my mobile coffee trailer. I would highly recommend this. Makes great tasting coffee

The machine works as described. I am used to a coffee maker with a water line attached so i find it tedious to fill it with water each time i want to brew a pot. It takes about 7 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Since receiving about a month ago i have brewed 5 to 7 pots a day with no problems. All pot heaters work well and keep coffee hot. The lids on carafes work well to minimize evaporation and keeping coffee from turning to mud.

This coffee maker was well worth the price.

This was a great thought for our breakroom for 50, but the coffee maker would not stop. It kept filling the pot overflowing on the floor. Guessing it was defective. Had to send it back.

Serves its purpose very very very very slowly.

This unit stopped working after about a week of use in a business that makes a tree pots of coffee everyday but no where near the amount a restaurant would or a busy office break room. Maybe five pots a day average. After a week it started to get louder and louder when brewing. Then it started to make half pots. I tried to deal with the seller to get help, they were very difficult to contact and communicate with. After a couple of weeks of trying to get this product repaired, I was able to have Amazon refund me for this item. Makes me very Leary to buy from this manufacturer again.

Buenas tardes, la compre y la devolví porque no funcionaba tras 2 semanas pues estaba dentro del periodo de devolución gratuita. Al mismo tiempo compre otra, que dejo de funcionar en poco más de 2 meses, le notifique a la empresa que estaba averiada y tras marearme durante 2 semanas con mensajes sin sentido e indicandome que yo la manipulara para intentar arreglarla conseguí que me enviaran otra. La nueva cafetera, la tercera, no funcionaba desde el primer día, fueron dilatando los tiempos y cuando les dije que me enviaran una que funcionara de verdad o que me la abonaran, me dicen que ya me han enviado una y que me la arregle un mecánico local. Sinceramente, Taeri Soporte al cliente Oct 18, 2025 Me parece absolutamente vergonzoso que además de fabricar toda una serie de productos que no funcionan, tengan la desfachatez de no hacerse cargo de sus problemas, evidentemente creo que el caso es denunciable a consumo, el hecho de que manden 2, 3 o 100 cafeteras averiadas no les exime de la garantía. Una muestra de que saben que no funcionan bien es que cuando envían una nueva te piden que tires la anterior, ni siquiera la recogen y eso que cuestan 170 euros.

J'ai du attendre quelques jours avant de brancher et essayer la machine à café. Enfin rénovation terminé j'ai installé et la machine ne fonctionne pas comme prévu, je suis très déçu de l'article et la je ne peut pas me faire rembourser. Je n'achète plus jamais les l'article Vevor. En plus une carafe de brisé dans la boîte.

La maquina en sí no esta nada mal, es un capricho ya q me encanta el café, pero me vino con 10 filtros no 20 como indica y la acabo de ver por 160 euros en otra empresa, así q creo q la devolveré
