Q: How much royal jelly and propolis do I get per tablespoon serving? Wondering if I can replace my supplement with this..

I was also wondering about ingredient quantities. Bought the jar and am happy with it. For actual amounts you would need to contact the producer.

No I get the one from wildflowers with the propolis, jelly and pollen. I use it more medicinally then for taste but love the flavor

Not sure but product is wonderful...I add it everyday !! Been a bee person for many years..thanks for asking,I need to order more. Workout 3days a week..62 yrs old...I have an awesome a.m. drink daily. Health products are my forte..people say oh your wasti ng $$$...We will! See in the end............Garrett if you workout try beetroot powder with creapure creatine from the protein factory there on amazon...best thing to add to your day..protein isolate is best also......believe me 17 yrs straight working out..plus 35 yrs basketball. Girls will love your new look!!

Q: can you taste the honey in this? is it too sweet?

Yes you can taste the honey, this is mostly honey with the addition of pollen and propolis. This honey is very thick and is sweet but not as sweet as standard store honey. I use this honey for mixing with other less expensive raw honey to make it last longer. I buy various types of raw honey and mix with this, my favorite is neem honey.
