No smell

No hose, no bottle, total waste.

Complete waste of money, does not come with the hose that sucks the scent neither the bottle. I bought a bottle separately and did not fit as well, so i had to burn it a little bit then managed to get a hose that fits it. All of this effort then, the diffuser is not working!

Very disappointed! Bought the diffuser and Amazon says “frequently bought together” recommendation so I purchased the pricey oils also. They don’t fit the diffuser! I spent a ridiculous amount of money on two items I have no use for. Also, no tube in my diffuser kit so I am also assuming that even if I could find the right scent pods they won’t work anyways and wow are they expensive ! Don’t trust when Amazon says “frequently bought together” what they fail to tell you is most likely they are “frequently returned together” as they are NOT compatible.l! Both my diffuser and the oils are going back way too much $ for uselessness and frustration!

The reviews are true. After TWO WEEKS it has STOPPED WORKING. I followed the rules and bought the Hotel collection branded machine +150$ of Hotel Collection branded Pro-POD different oils. Smelled great for 15 puffs but now just bubbles like a clogged va pe. Was about to buy a second machine to cover more space in my house but now have to get 2 off brand diffusers with refillable pods to use these oils. They have made their proprietary diffusing process too complicated I guess they don’t trust customers to keep using their oils which sucks because it smelled great but too temperamental

Bought the diffuser but it didnt come with any empty bottles to use for the oil. Been searching for the item.

It works perfectly. Does not come with scented oil. The Oils you have to purchase separately and must be Hotel Collection Oil brand to fit the diffuser.

This product lacks a dispenser bottle, which is quite perplexing. It is difficult to comprehend how it would function effectively without one.
