Needs to have a bit more information about the company and the product posted. The tiles were a great replacement for the old original type tiles. Easy to work with and cut to size.

The package arrived late, damaged, and the drawers are terrible for the cost. It feels cheap. I requested a refund for the 3 boxes I received for this one product. I only got 2 return labels. When I contacted them for the third one, they didn't respond at all.

These ceiling tiles are very sturdy and easy to cut if you need to this was a very good purchase

These are nice tiles but when the boxes arrive they have been ripped open and a majority of the tiles are damaged. I did not order the entire amount of boxes needed to replace my ceiling in one order I have only ordered 2 to 4 boxes at a time and every order has arrived with damage. Have used as many as I possibly could for tiles that needed to be cut down for the smaller spaces. Still having to repeatedly return entire boxes to UPS and wait to get refunds or replacements. I would not recommend these if you have a big job and don't want the hassle that comes with getting and returning damaged product. Every single box, I have ordered 8 so far, have come torn open.

Overall I do like these tiles & they’re a definite improvement over the old ones that were there before. They’re very durable, lightweight, easy to cut & work with & I feel a good value for the money. I bought 8 boxes & about 12 of them in various boxes had some damage from shipping & that’s to be expected. I was able to use those in the places where I needed to cut them to size so they didn’t go to waste. The only issue I have is the color. I thought I was getting a bright white but they’re more of a gray color. Being in a basement apartment I want all the brightness I can get. But considering the weight of the boxes & aggravation it would have been to return them I decided to just live with it. On the upside the tiles actually do match the color of the grid so that gives it a more seamless look & I do like that.

Super simple install. Super easy to cut! Easy to clean! Easiest house improvement ever.
