40mg caffeine is in G7 Arabica Espresso. (Nomal G7 Black : 60mg)

Not sure, but for instant expresso it is one of the better ones.

Q: It says to use with only 60 ml of water . How much water can be used to get any kind of coffee taste.

It's a pre-measured packet of instant coffee. You can mix it to your taste. Some days I like it strong, like espresso, so I add only 5 or 6 oz boiling water. Some days I'd like it more like coffee, so I add 8 to 12 oz water. It has great espresso flavor, strong, bitter, but not "burnt".
