When you first get this product you will need to mold it to your own teeth. This involves putting it in a post of hot water for 3.5 minute. Of course it includes video and well written instructions. Once it has been molded to your own bite though it's ready to go. I use the other Z Quiet products (size 1) and know it takes a little getting used to. My first night it was in for half the night till I switched it out. Overall I love this thing and it definitely works. I will be using it all night as I adjust to it. No more CPAP to worry about!!!!!!!!!!

It works but with a what cost? It shreds the inside of your mouth and in the morning weird pain On the jaw… have mine over 60days followed all guidelines but still not comfortable at all. Unfortunately can’t make a return anymore

This product doesn’t not help you not snoring, I try for 5 days and I snore even more, it is expensive and you can’t return if you open!If something you buy for a purpose, and if it doesn’t work, you should be able to return!!!Don’t buy thinking it’s going to work because it doesn’t!

Light weight and fits ok without feeling Bulky. First night did have some front teeth discomfort I think because they do fit tight on teeth. May take some time to get used to but overall as expected. Does seem a bit easier to breath with them.

This did not work for me and was uncomfortable. I can't say with any certainty if I was using it correctly, so please keep that in mind.

Have tried a couple of these. This by far is the most comfortable, durable and easy to wear. Stopped snoring immediately.

I was able to follow the easy instructions for fitting and it seems to fit well and comfortable. However it forces me to sleep with my mouth open which is not good for dental health or etc.

I've been using anti-snore mouth pieces for years. I've tried about 10 different brands. Most work well but all have been too bulky and they keep you from being able to close your mouth. This means drooling all night and dry mouth. This particular one you can close your mouth because of the smaller profile. All mouthpieces like this take time to get used to. This is why you won't find many with a high rating. People give up to easy. Put it in every night and take it out if it gets uncomfortable. Keep doing that until you start falling asleep. Once you get used to it you can't sleep without it. It really works and you will stay asleep. Clean by soaking in denture cleaner after each use and using an automatic tooth brush.
