Mine stayed on pretty good throughout the night and I'm a tosser and turner through the night. My face was well hydrated and soft feeling after waking up and pulling it off. I moisturized and used nianciamide before using the mask. It comes with an applicator, and definitely use it! It comes in handy and works great while keeping your hands from being sticky. Don't apply too much or it will take over the 15 minutes to dry, just make sure to do a good even coating layer.
