It works but get your labs done!
This product REALLY works. However, get your vitamin D levels checked more frequently when you are taking them!I took 5000 IUs daily of another brand (Nature Made) for 6 months and my vitamin D level only raised from 30 to 32 at my last physical (I took 2000 IUs for a long time prior to that). So I started on these and when I went in for my annual physical this year my level was too high, 124! My doctor did not advise me to get tested in between, so I’m putting out this warning to do it yourself. This product really will raise your D levels.

I like this version of D3. Now, I don’t know if it’s working, but it’s VERY easy to take. You just put one of the tiny pellets under your tongue and it melts. Very convenient and very easy. There is no having to worry if the pills are too big and it doesn’t upset your stomach like some vitamins can.

Doubled my levels!
My vitamin D levels were low according to my labs taken 4 months ago. I've been using the 10,000 IU pulls since then and my levels have doubled and now in normal range.The doctor has originally told me to take 2,000 IU's/day...I spoke to someone who specializes in natural/organic "meds" and she recommended I take this pill. Wow! Even the Nurse Practitioner took a picture for future patient recommendations!
