When I bought my wife her ring, I bough a high quaility ultrasonic cleaner from Sharper Image. 27 years later, it died and I bought this one as a replacement after a lot of research.From the first run, I now realize how much better these devices have become. The sonic waves were so much stronger. The effectiveness of the cleaning and time it took was reduced considerably. I use it with iSonic cleaning concentrate and then pour a little distilled water on the items as a rinse.My old cleaner was over $100, 27 years ago. This one is a lot cheaper and has excellent performance. I'm glad researching ultrasonic cleaners led me to this one.

I’m glad I waited to review this because I wasn’t crazy about it at first. But after I used it a few times, I love it! It really shines up my jewelry to sparkling perfection. I did end up buying some jewelry cleaner but find it unnecessary most of the time. Just regular water works fine. Very happy.

This is a replacement of my old solicitor of 2 years from another brand that is no longer sold. I decided to go with a smaller size than I had since I'm mainly cleaning my retainers.When it arrived, I put it to work. I cleaned my watch band, ring, and some of my wife's jewelry. The sonication is strong and a 7 minute cycle (with BRite) was enough to make them sparkle. However, it is very noisy compared to my previous one.For the price, it's a no frills sonicator that can fit retainers. There is no UV light but that is not a problem, since they are overkill if you're putting a cleaner in the solution anyway.

I was somewhat skeptical of this cleaner due to its low price, but it's well made, works well and delivers even better than promised when it comes to cleaning jewelry and eye glasses. It's easily cleaned after use, plus you can pack all of the parts including the power cord into the cleaner for easy storage, guaranteeing you won't lose parts or use of the machine. It even cleaned all of the schmutz from my plastic eyeglasses and metal framed glasses, did an excellent job on both my Pandora and Kay memory bracelets, and made all of my rings and precious stones look like new again. Highly recommend.

I bought this to clean our wedding rings and my husband's glasses because they are disgusting. I wish I had taken a video of cleaning the glasses; the water was OPAQUE afterwards and the glasses were unbelievably clean and the rings shiny like when they clean them at the jewelers. I love this machine for it's simplicity:1) you just use tap water2) You can add a tiny bit of hand soap or dishwashing soap if things are super-dirty (like my husband's glasses) which I did3) cleanup is easy - I rinsed with clean water, dried with the cloth that is included -- I also dried the rings and glasses with the same cloth (basically a small chamois)4) small fooprint - this machine is tiny and is easily stored between uses. I kept the box and the plastic cover for the cord for storage.

Best purchase this year. Doesn't walk across the counter. Cleans well. Far quieter than the old one I had and shuts off automatically after 5- or 7-minute session. I love this! I keep it filled with solution (1.5 c water, 1 T Dawn, 1 T ammonia) and leave it plugged in on the bathroom counter. Drop my glasses in right before my daily shower. Gets them so clean and sparkling. I use it to keep jewelry and sewing machine parts looking brand new too.

Very happy with this little jewelry cleaner. I use water and dawn dish soap in it and my sterling silver cleans up nicely So easy to use!
