I just bought this and OMG,salty, does anyone retain water from this much salt or how about people with high blood pressure?

Greetings Angel Girl:I just have to respond to your question.  First of all - Sea Salt will NOT raise your blood pressure.Please order and 'read' the book called:  Calcium Lie 2 - by Dr. Robertson.  He explains how calcium supplements do not help 'bones' - it just hardens cement.  BUT, he tells you the truth about "Trace Minerals" and how valuable they are to the "bones" and all parts of the body.  Yes, this product is 'salty' - but remember it came from the sea - and the sea is salty.  All you need to take at a time is about a 1/4 tsp in a glass of water - once or twice a day.  You don't even taste the salt - but the 'trace minerals' are being absorbed by your body and your body will thank you in many ways - by keeping you healthy.  Of course - remember this, the bones are NOT made of calcium - but minerals.  In the trace minerals there is 'calcium' - and when people take an 'extra' supplement of calcium, they are 'over loading' their bodies with calcium and off setting the correct mineral balance scale which leads to a whole lot of illnesses and issues.  Remember, you can also get 'trace minerals' from Himalayan Sea Salt and Celtic Sea Salt.  Also, you can go on YouTube and type in "Calcium Lie 2" and you can listen to Dr. Robertson.  I didn't have time to listen because after 30 minutes I found that it was taking me over an hour to cover that time period because I would 'stop' the video and write notes.  I quickly got over that and ordered the book, which is well marked up with underlings and highlightings.  Also, folks - if you are really interested in 'your' health - go on YouTube and type in Barbara O'Neil.  She is a Naturopath in Australia and has her own clinic.  In May she was in USA and Canada doing seminars around the country.  She draws good crowds.  She is a great teacher and you will learn a lot from her seminars - she has lots of valuable information. Can I use it for fasting?

Yes you can. But you have to dilute it. I use it to flush by putting 4 tbsp in 2 qts. Of warm water and drink within 30 minutes. Don’t go far from the bathroom
