Like many professionals in the tech industry, I have been working from home for a couple of days now. A lot of my responsibilities have been customer facing which has translated into hours of meetings in a day and the need for a headset. Wireless headsets are okay and I will use them if I must, but I prefer a wired headset for it's reliability, like the reliability that your ex's chili will be bland and disappoint, like they were and like they did. Sure, sure, wireless headsets look all shiny and boast a lot of features but, for me, the maintenance costs and demands outweighed the benefit and I have moved away from them as a rule of thumb. The problem with a lot of wired headsets is that they assume you are using them on a mobile device, so the cords are short and prone to unwanted entanglement, and not in a quantum or Sandra Bullock way, so, undesirable. One solution, of course, would be to use an audio extender cable, but, like trusting your bad-at-life friend to set you up, this comes with some very uneven and, often, catastrophic side-effects. So I gave up on those in the long ago. Enter the Extra Long Earbuds for TV & PC, with 12FT Spring Coiled Extension Cable. This product does not suffer the aforementioned flaws. It directly connects, so sound and volume are spot on. The in-ear pieces are angled, slightly, so knowing which is left and right is second nature. With the 12' coiled cable, I can sit at my desk and the cable is not intrusive. I can also stand up and walk around my office when a meeting is as mind numbing as discussions centered around phrases like, "I just want people to like me!" One last thing, the ear buds have small magnets. This allows you to click them together when not in use so they are not entangled in something undesirable the next time you see them . . .unlike that special ex. I highly recommend this product.

Great for light sleepers who sleep with late night owls who watch tv. No sound.

They work well and are nice long. Sound quality is good.

I am super stoked about my new ChanGeek headphones with extra long cord. Package arrived Next Day. The spiral cord has a really fluid feel when it allows me to easily stretch the distance between me and my device. The ear buds are really comfortable. I love the handy volume control. Best of all, the sound quality is excellent! Great job guys....I no longer am irritated by my noisy playful puppy and I no longer keep anyone else awake streaming shows or tunes late late late into the night. I am so happy with this reasonably priced purchase.

I've been looking for longer cords so I can use the earbuds for TV, but never could find any that were very long. These are amazing! Plus, they offer a 12 month warranty, which is great--all the other ones I've bought lasted as little as 2 months or as much as 6 months, before they stopped working on either one or both sides. I have high hopes for these! They also seem to be made sturdier than others I've had. Already I can vouch for the really, really long length, plus excellent sound quality.

I am a legal secretary and used these daily to work on dictation beginning in mid November 2019. On the plus side, they plugged right into my CPU unit and the longer cord allowed me to get up from my desk and reach things on a nearby shelf without having to remove them every time. That was one of my main reasons for buying this version with the longer cord. I had to change out the foam inserts to fit my ears properly which wasn't terribly hard, but did take a bit of effort to put on the new size. I was afraid I was going to rip them trying to put them on. The coiled section of the cord makes these quite heavy, and I definitely had to use the clip to attach them to my shirt so the weight of the cord wouldn't pull them right out of my ears as I worked. In the beginning the sound was good. Sadly the right ear piece stopped working in January, and this week (mid February 2020), the left side stopped producing sound so they are now useless. I worked them hard by putting them in and out of my ears multiple times a time, 5 days a week. I did hope they would last longer than three months, however.

The right earbud fell apart in seven months with very little usage (I kept them in my desk drawer in their original packaging). Looks like the glue disintegrated. For the few times I used the earbuds in those seven months, they were terrific. But they get an "F" for poor quality and durability. Ordered a new pair to give the earbuds another chance. The right earbud was dead on arrival.
