This is the first time ordering this product through Amazon. Previously I bought it from a local GNC store. Overall it is the same product and packaging. However, the recent product doesn't mix well when water is added. It is very clumpy and requires a lot of mixing. Plus the delivery took over 10 days. I may return to my local store in the future.

After trying many and many different BCAA and EAA from different brands this one definitely ranks high and is why I’m on my third bottle of it. GNC did great on this product, I’ve been using for about 3 months now and have noticed great energy, less being sore and have some slight gains in weight at the gym. The taste is good better than most. I love the orange tangy it’s my go to. I also like that is under $40 and you get a good product for less money. I would recommend this to people and definitely give it a try.
