Love these vitamins !!! I feel like they actually balance me out, I've noticed an improvement in my overall wellbeing mentally and physically (when taken consistently.) I no longer have random eye twitches, or pain in my joints , I see less hair in my brush after combing. My nails are growing longer, quicker. The pills also don't have that bad aftertaste, which alone is a win for me.

Several packs had broken or missing vitamins. I bought two boxes the first time and both boxes contained packs that had either half a pill or were missing one all together. Vi estas vitaminas y me despertó la curiosidad probarlas ya que vienen en un en paquete práctico para consumirlo cada paquetito trae las pastillas y sólo cojes el paquetito y te tomas las pastillas de el día así no tienes que separarlas o que se te olvide tomar alguna . La estoy consumiendo hace varios días y e notado que mi piel está más limpia si me sale un espina se va rápidamente, estoy un poco más relajada a la hora de dormir. Lo de el peso no puedo decir ya que la experiencia es muy corta pero puedo decir que son buenas dentro de el tiempo que las e tomado. Gracias blessings

Not sure just yet how much its working but I do have a little more energy and I sleep better. My only issue is im missing pills in some of my packs.
