Great product. My 7 yr old has had it for a few months and wears it when we go places or when shes over at a friends. It helps a lot at theme parks, stores or anywhere kids are prone to getting lost. She can call the programmed caregivers in an emergency or when needed and we can stay in touch with her when shes at a friends house or out riding her bike. The GPS triangulation/tracking feature is nice, and although its not pinpoint accurate, ive noticed it works best when the watch is outdoors. The refurbished product has been just as good as new thus far. Be aware that Verizon will try to charge a one time $30 line activation fee when you set it up, however I was able to get this waived.

This is not Verizon compatible. The product is great. Don’t buy it here.

The have a screen really has not value, I assumed that the Gizmopal 2 would have a texting feature. I wish I would have stuck with the Gizmopal 1.

It's ok just wish it had more features and was able to tap on who my daughter could call instead of having to listen to each contact. I did like however the location on it very accurate.

This is great! I looked for similar things for the longest time and bought a different tracker which was garbage. This was super easy to set up, all I had to do was download the app on my iPhone and they connected each other with helpful voice prompts. The location so far has been dead on. My 3 1/2 really likes it and understands how to call me :) We are traveling soon and I'll update how it did :)Update:It worked great with travel. We did go to Mexico and it had trouble locating but there was zero service where we were. Out of state worked great and even showed the exact gate we were at in the airport :)

This is a great way to connect with your kids while they're playing at the park (obviously for older kids who can be outside on their own). We use it to let them know when to come home and it's peace of mind that they can call us if someone is hurt or if they need help. I also let them wear them during school field trips (even if I am able to be a chaperone) and when we are out in public places with large crowds. You should also be aware that if you buy a refurbished GizmoPal that Verizon will not require a contract, but there is an activation fee and a $5/month usage fee added to your bill since it is an additional line added to your account. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it would be nice if the product also told the time.

I have another Gizmpal 2 that I purchased from Verizon for my son. I wanted to get another for my daughter and thought I'd go with the cheaper option on Amazon. You get what you pay for! This one wouldn't charge past 60% and wouldn't connect to the app. I'm in the process of returning it now and decided to just order anther from Verizon. The GizmoPal 2 that I purchased from Verizon works perfectly and is exactly what I wanted.

My son received this smart watch for his birthday from Grandma. :) It did end up going back after about 4 days.Pros: Tracking is AWESOME! This is probably my favorite feature. The accuracy is phenomenal. 4 loaded two way phone numbers. No other numbers can be received or made unless set up on the parent app. Silent mode (pro and con) Parent and caregivers can see when watch is turned on and off.So now the cons: Couldn't wear during school due to the call button. The play button can be silenced and it won't ring during the silent time but the call button is not silenced. I understand why since it's the only way to get to the 4 loaded numbers but Ms. P didn't quite understand that it's easy to bump the call button on accident. Calls can be made during silent time. Thus the watch remained off most of the time which defeats the purpose of the tracker. Time doesn't show on the screen. With this being a smart watch it would be nice to see the time.For me the cons were a pretty big issue and not worth keeping the watch. My son also lost interest after two days and didn't put his watch back on after school.
