Support is difficult to locate
The Android app does not seem very stable. I keep getting "scan request failed". Connected to web site and there is no link to support.

Doesn't match to actual paint brands
Be aware that unlike other color scanners, this one does not match to paint brands or paint colors. It just gives you some color code profile for the color you scanned. If you are looking to use this to try and match an existing paint color, go with another product that specifically says it will match the scan to a database of paint color manufacturers and products. This product is not designed to do that
