I’ve tried a ton of protein bars and most are either packed with sugar or taste like cardboard. The David Protein Bar really surprised me—in the best way. It has 28g of protein (which is kind of amazing for something this light), but only 150 calories and 0g sugar. That combo is super rare. I’ve been having one after my workouts and noticed I stay full longer without feeling weighed down. The flavor is solid—not too sweet—and the texture is soft and easy to eat, not chalky like some others. I also really appreciate that it’s gluten-free and low in carbs and fat, so it works whether I’m trying to stay lean or just avoid the sugar crash. If you’re picky about your protein bars (like I am), this one is definitely worth a try. It hits all the marks without any weird ingredients.

I love these bars. They’re smooth and silky unlike other protein bars that tend to be gritty. It’s a great way to break a fast in the morning, or to give you that extra nutrition when you’re on the go.

This is not ideas for your body, yes there is protein, but be careful about what you're eating. You can sacrifice a bit of the protein amount and eat healthy natural sweeteners.

These are delicious and sugar free. Very high protein. But the sweetener has sugar alcohol or something that can cause severe diarrhea if you consume too many. I can’t ingest one everyday. Maybe one a week. Some people at the gym I go to (that sells them) said they were ok with one a day.

The macros are good but some of the flavors are not good. Kinda dry at times. Hurts my stomach sometimes too.

The salted peanut butter is so delicious and light! Not too strong pb flavor but that’s perfect because it doesn’t feel like eating a candy bar. However the cinnamon roll flavor smells and tastes like candle wax… I’ve had other flavors and they’re all good! But save your money with the cinnamon roll unless you enjoy the flavor of a scented candle

These are the best protein bars I have ever tried. They don’t taste like cardboard like most. I’ve tried every flavor and they are all very tasty. It’s amazing. I highly recommend these bars.
