They are easy to swallow, and I take one in the morning and one at night.

So much easier to swallow in capsules. Yeah and more digestible too

I love these that they are in capsule instead of tablets or caplets. They are a stronger dosage than the other so you take less of them for better results.

I got this product to help with my skin (collagen, pores, glow, healing) and for my hair. I burnt myself on an iron about 12 days before I got this and I could tell it was taking a lot longer to heal up. After three days of taking this, I can see a HUGE difference in my burn, as well as my face. I stopped taking this product about a year ago and started to notice how dull and dry my skin was looking. Again, just three days later I could see an improvement. I am very happy with this product and will be buying more.

Consuming more extreme dark chocolate, nuts, and almond flour products pushed my arginine levels very high and out of proportion to lysine, triggering occasional cold sores, but that's no longer a problem since I began taking these L-Lysine capsules daily. Have been taking these for well over 6 months and am pleased I haven't needed to give up any of the healthy foods and snacks I love.
