Sharp!!!
I didn't really believe they would be sharper than my lovely stainless steel chef's knife, but they are so sharp I am almost afraid I'll cut myself! Am treating them with great respect but but love them already. No more sharpening!I also like the colour coding as once I can remember which is which I''l be able to pick the knife I want every time. The blade protectors are essential so I can't cut myself accidently when fishing in the drawer. Have yet to use them on tough meats but am sure they will do the job.
