These are nice and good value for money. You can use these instead of eating lots of other protein products. They recommend 4 a day but you can do 1 or 2.

I was a bit sceptical about the protein content as gummies tend to be quite small and I wasn't sure how you could fit 3g protein into a single gummy.Unfortunately when I weighed the gummies they were on average about 2.5 grams each, meaning there is no chance they contain anywhere near 3g protein per gummy.I tried to contact the seller but the email address on the back of container doesn’t exist.Won’t be buying from this seller again.
