I absolutely love this machine it's pretty color also. The best part is you don't have to keep filling it over and over again unless you're a super super super coffee drinker. I think I get three or four mugs of coffee out of one tank of water.

I like this better than my old Keurig unit. Good variety of sizes, and I like the fact that it has a Bold brew setting, and an Iced Coffee setting. Iced still needs to go over several ice cubes, but it is very convenient, and brews well.

I wanted to love this coffee maker. It makes the best 8 oz cup of coffee. I wanted to love it so much that when it turned out to be defective I initiated an exchange for another one in hopes that it would act right. It didn’t. Both of them brew the wrong cup sizes. If I brewed a 6 oz I got 8 oz. If I brewed 10 oz I got 12 oz. If I pushed 12 I got 14. The only sizes that brewed correctly on either machine were 8oz and 24oz. If those are the only amounts you ever want then it’s great because it really does brew a delicious 8 oz cup.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We've only been using this two days but oh my what a difference in our coffee in the morning. I decided to get this one because it got better reviews than the Keurig and I'm not disappointed at all. Love the 40 oz water reservoir, makes it easier to have our morning coffee without having to refill it constantly.My mom loves the iced coffee feature too!Value for money:Definitely a value for the money I in spent!

Keurig can kiss my k-pods. I'm never going back after the descaling fiasco on two separate coffee makers from them. Consumer Report rated this product high and I'm all in. Luv the product and would buy again.

Very compact. Love how many size cups are offered. Seems like it will be very easy to clean. Great value!

I stand by my initial review but they Excell in customer service. I commend them on their customer service. I never asked for nor expected a refund and yet they processed one. They have gone a step beyond with excellent customer service. They stand behind the product.If you really enjoy grounds in your coffee and enjoy cleaning the machine after each use, then this is the coffee maker for you. An added bonus is the surprise of a different amount of coffee with every brew making for a fun morning for everyone in the household. Enjoy

This works great for hot or cold coffee or tea. I love the removable water reservoir. It makes filling so much easier. I like that it has a bold option to make give my coffee that boost of flavor. The only flaw is it needs descaling quite frequently if using the bold option, even using filtered water.
