Deceptive description!
The glass is not tinted but is lined by dark film.The film burns if an ordinary bulb is installed due to heat & the orb becomes clear.

Not complete parts given
First order were missing nuts for both pieces. Replacement order also had missing for one. Finally arranged myself to save time for another exchange since it's not returnable. Isn't very expensive, but it's fragile metal frame and plastic white cover. Since it's wall lamp and not touched, should sustain for a while.
