This kit is freaking awesome. Christmas gift and my son loves it... The volcano it came with kinda sucks but easy to make a new one...

Bought as a gift for my grandsons birthday. Hasn’t used it yet, but from the box, it looks impressive. I’m sure he will enjoy it.

Bought this to introduce science to my 7 year old grand child, and it was a very frustrating experience. Instructions say to add a bag of crystal powder, but there isn't a bag of it, only a jar of colored crystal powder so we didn't know how much to add, or if this was the right one. The glow in the dark crystals never formed crystals at all.. by this point my grandchild was so frustrated he thought he was just bad at it! Had to explain that it certainly wasn't him, the kit was just poorly made. Very bad intro to science

I bought this for my son's birthday and unfortunately its very hit and miss. The issue is the instructions for the experiments are very vague and in some instances impossible to decipher. I'd say that so far we have had a 30% success rate with the experiments we've done. There also doesn't seem to be any way to contact the manufacturer for support. It's a shame as the kit itself is pretty good, with lots of different components. I think it might be better in future to ignore the manual and find other experiments on youtube to imitate.
