The straps are very durable, I’m pretty sure these are the v2 so the cuff that wraps around the wrist is more durable. When tightening it, the cuff can get very tight very easily(as you can see in the picture my hand getting red) but that doesn’t keep it from being comfortable. The padding in it makes very comfortable. And they are very portable making them very easy to pack for the gym. There aren’t instructions on how to use them but you can always look that up for the quality and durability they are very much worth the money.

These are my first ever lifting straps, and I wish I could say spectacular things about them, but they simply fufill their purpose well. They're comfortable, they help you focus on other muscles/movements during your exercises, and they simply get the job done. They look great as well For the price? They're awesome.

They’re sturdy, comfortable, and easy to wrap around the bar. No slipping, no digging into my wrists — just solid support. I felt more confident going heavier without worrying about grip giving out. Great addition to my gym bag.
