Cheap but works
This was not as good a product as I expected. The handle is a little short and weak but it works.

Multi-Purpose Algae Scrapper for the Birds
Works great to clean the large birdbath in back yard after a busy day of birds or few days algae growth during hot summer months. I like the scrubber pad (that will slowly wear down when used on a stone birdbath), long handle, and it's blue. This is my second one and the first one lasted over a year (I wore it out). I'm sure it would be fine with aquariums but I've found an alternative use. Durable, practical, and reasonably priced (sort-of). Good enough to buy twice.

Meh
This is an okay scraper. Didn't really work for me bc it is too short. I have a 29 gallon tank and for this to work without making a mess, I have to drain the tank at least 50%. The handle also isn't very rigid, so it makes cleaning the sides even more difficult. If you have a 10 gallon tank, it may work well for you, but if you have a larger tank, you may want to try something else.

Solid Tank Scrubber That’s Simple, Sturdy, and Gets the Job Done
I picked up the SLSON Aquarium Algae Scraper because our fish tank was starting to look more like a swamp than a serene slice of aquatic life. I wanted something that wouldn’t rely on magnetic gimmicks and could reliably clean off algae without breaking the bank—and this did just that.🧼 First Impressions:It arrived well-packaged and in great condition. The brush feels strong and solid in your hand—not flimsy or bendy. It definitely looked like it could stand up to the job.🐠 Using It:While setup isn’t relevant, using the scraper does take some finesse. It’s easy to handle, but cleaning the glass without disturbing the fish or splashing water around takes a bit of technique. I keep the fish in the tank while cleaning, so being careful is key. After a few tries, you get the hang of it.🔍 Does It Work?Yep, absolutely. It scrubs off the algae with some effort, which is fair—this isn’t a magic wand, and a little work goes a long way. Its durability really stands out. After three months of use, it hasn’t shown any signs of wear, and it still performs great.💡 What Makes It Worth It:I haven’t tried other scrapers, but for this price, the sturdiness and simplicity are a win. It’s not expensive, yet it doesn’t feel cheap. That’s a rare combo.✅ Would I Recommend It? Yes, 100%. If you’ve got a tank gathering algae and want to skip the magnetic cleaner route, this is a great option—especially for stubborn spots. It’s a straightforward tool that works well with a little patience.

super pleased
August 31, 2023 - SLSON Aquarium Algae Scraper Double Sided Sponge Brush Cleaner Long Handle Fish Tank Scraper. This thing works great and is so easy to use. I've used it numerous times on the aquarium and it really cleans the sides and bottom so well. Super pleased with how easy it is. And for clean up, I just put it under running water a minute and it looks good as new. I have a tall glass vase that I store it in to dry and that keeps it from laying around and out of sight.

Works good
This is a good cleaning sponge. The handle it thick enough so it works well. And it is 15" overall length. Works good with my 20-gallon tanks.
