Don't buy, it has failed lab test on COREFITLAB youtube channel, For unflavoured nakpro is claiming 90%(in previous batches it was 90% claim), but test only found 62 gram protein per 100 gram which 31.1% lower than their claim(acceptable range is +-10%), you can arrive at "31.1%" by following calculation:- (90gm-62gm)÷90gm×100=31.1%, For taste review:- Unflavoured:- almost inedible, awful taste, very bad mixability Flavoured:- nice mixability, nice taste but too sweet, Digestiblity:- nice but bloating is a huge problem, 2 scoop= sure shot bloating for most of humans If you already have unflavoured nakpro spi then just mix some scoops flavoured whey protein spi then it will be edible and mixability will be increased, From this point, I will never buy nakpro's any product, I still have 3 kg of nakpro spi and I will consume and never buy it again as their claims are fake which means protein to money ratio is now distorted, not worth buying anymore.

Hi readers, I'm writing this detailed review (Chocolate flavor, Soy protein) after using it for more than 3 months. First why I chose Soy protein: Being vegetarian, I had very few options available to fulfill daily intake of protein. Whey protein consumption led to breakout of severe acne on head and back multiple times. So I quit using whey. But then exercise was not fruitful and I was losing my muscle. So, one day I somehow found out about Soy protein and I started using it. My honest review about Nakpro Soy Protein (Chocolate flavor) : I have consumed two packs till now. In the beginning, I didn't like the taste as I was used to with Whey Chocolate flavor. It was more like chalky taste. Not fully soluble in water as I mixed as per directions on the pack. Too many Lumps were found. Current way of using Soy protein : Then I tried some extra water (300-350ml for 1 scoop) along with round metal shape in mixer to break the lumps for 1 minute and it tasted much better. 99% lumps were gone. Now I'm happy as no acne breakout happened and soy protein is much more cost effective than anything (1g protein costing less than 90 paisa). Now I will keep using it. I will just try other flavors.

Taste is good. Very cost effective. There is no measuring spoon in the pack. Packaging is poor there is risk of tempering.

Worth the price. Best protein available right now. Happy that it is vegan. Taste is not good. Texture is not also not good. Other proteins have smooth texture, this has grainy texture even putting through mixer.

Guys after reading all the reviews and verifying company's genuinity I bought the chocolate flavour the mixability is really good the taste is not that great the quality and the protein content is very good overall a insane budget friendly option it has as much protien as whey isolate at half it's price but yes the absorption rate is slower it's still works better that cheap whey protein at the 1000's rate i recommend to use it in smoothies or shakes but yea put more water than recommended if ur going to use it just with water
