When I point the stick forward it’s squeaking especially when pointing it up and moving left and right, which was the problem with the original stick. Can’t believe these things have such bad quality and are so expensive, my edge has been with me less than a year and it’s needs a replacement, and the replacement is also bad.. Sony has an issue with analog sticks in general

I delayed this review to accurately assess the long-term durability of this joystick module compared to the original component. After six months of heavy use and hundreds of hours of operation, the module continues to perform flawlessly. Performance remains on par with the factory-installed unit. I have encountered no issues with stick drift or dead zones, and the input precision remains consistent.
