WOW---great little machine!! I did order the model with handle, not comfortable about my balance, gives me choice to hold or not!! Only have had for couple days, cool vibration through your body!! What to improve my balance.!!

this works great for me as a senior. It is helping to relieve the leg cramps and sore muscles in my lower back. I have used it twice so far once sitting and once standing. It has made it were i can now move my ankles without pain. I cant wait to see how much more it will help me the more i use it. It even arrived a day early and was so simple to put together. It does weigh a bit so make sure someone can help you set it up. I love the magnetic remote no more losing it. This might just be the first time i can take a nap without cramping legs.

Love this vibration plate! I’ve only had it for a few days so I can’t really tell if it’s doing anything for my body yet but I am sure it is. It was very easy to assemble; not much to do other than unpack the box, attach the three screws and the handle, and plug it in. It is not loud. I chose this vibration plate because I am a 72-year-old senior and I felt I needed the handle for stability purposes. However, I am finding it is so easy to use that. I don’t even need the handle. But it’s nice to have it anyway. It is quiet, it is compact, it doesn’t take up much space at all. If you have pets, I do want to say that our little dog is deathly afraid of the plate. She hides under the bed even when it’s not in use. She hates the vacuum cleaner too for that matter. I am hoping she will adjust to having it in the house. So if you have a dog with high anxiety, just be aware of that. UPDATE: It’s been about 3 weeks now since I got the vibration plate. I am loving it and moving my body more and more. I can dance on it, do squats and various other exercises. I even wear a weighted vest. I feel so good when I’m done using it. I have a lot more energy in general. I fed the dog treats on it for a few days and now she’s fine with it and doesn’t hide, even when I’m using it. She will lay nearby. My 78 year old husband has been on it a few times and he likes it too!

Easy to move to workout area and stays in place due to suction cups. Quick assembly. Seems very solid however the rail does vibrate noisily if not held on to. Really shakes muscles, leaving a just had massage feeling. Am enjoying using it.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the timer display on my vibration plate, and after some troubleshooting, the company immediately sent me a replacement at no cost. The new unit works perfectly. Fast, responsive, and they truly stand behind their product. Highly recommend!

Got this for wife who has chemo induced neuropathy arms hands feet and legs. So the handle is helping her to be able to stand on and feel safer since balance usnt good. So far been about a week and she's loving it and seems to make her feel better. Hopefully it will help her circulation and nerves . It comfortable to stand on in socks. It doesn't hurt her feet. Hopefully her balance will improve to walk and nerves will re awaken. Studies show it helps to rewrite brain nerve connection. Time will tell. But even if it helps tone muscle that alone will help. Handle us nice and adjustable or removeable too but wish it was alittle more sturdy. If you bend back at at the machine does tip backwards and you can fall.

this seems to be a good item for the price, easy to use and I can feel the difference it makes, with that being said it should have a more detailed user manual but you can figure it out.

This machine works great and has helped my pain. It's compact, quiet and has movement levels, which is helpful! Can't beat the price!
