I’m leaving my original review at the base of this post just as a reference point for how a company with integrity handles product defects. I have to say it is rare to find a company that will step up and replace a product that is past warranty just to make sure a customer is satisfied. I cannot say enough about how good I feel about my purchase and my experience. As I explained in my original review, I loved this battery pack. It did great things, and I was really disappointed that it died when it died, but after posting my review, I received an email and offered to replace the charger. I had purchased six months prior and I am so grateful is that there are still companies in the world that value their reputation and also value the integrity of the products they put out. In a world that seems to value quick and temporary over quality and craftsmanship. I have nothing but high praise and deep thanks. I would highly recommend buying this battery. It served me well and now will continue to serve me well for months to come.. as someone who lives on very very fixed income, to find a charger that is both affordable and reliable feels like a big win… but an inexpensive and reliable charger… It is a rare rare thing to find.What can I say? Is it terrible? No, Does it charge everything? Yeah. Does it take forever to recharge? You bet. Is it heavy? Gods yes, it’s heavy. Did I love it despite its flaws? Mostly. Actually, to be fair it was way better than my last one, but it still pisses me off that I threw it on the charger. It got to 100%. I tossed it in my bag like I normally do so I would have it with me since I knew I had a long day ahead of me, but sadly when I went to plug my phone into it no life to be found. Tried everything to get it to reboot. Tried everything to get it to turn on. It’s just dead, dead dead dead six months to the day after purchasing it so I guess slightly less than six months of actually using it but within reason now I know, you might say you got six months out of it and it was only 30 bucks but if you’re poor like me and you can’t afford to replace these kind of things every six months it’s a real bummer now I’m without mobile charging capabilities and can’t afford another one. I don’t expect a lot, but it would be cool if it had lasted at least a year. So if you can afford to replace your portable batteries every six months then this is the one for you because it’s pretty reliable at the start I guess maybe I had expectations that were a little bit too high..

This powerbank is amazing! It is on the heavy side but it lasts for a long time. We used it for a concert and I used it throughout and at the end, the battery was still at 88%. I love that it has multiple charging points and it does arrive mostly charged. The size is pretty big, but it does hold a lot of charge, which explains why it's so large. You can use Type-C, USB connections so it's compatible with different charging cords. It was definitely worth the price and we are very happy with it.

Excellent large power bank for the price. This thing charges all kinds of stuff quickly before it needs a recharge.Recharging takes some time but I just leave it overnight and it’s good.A bit heavy but with this kind of power it kinda needs to be.Great product for the price so far.

Great for its purpose though it should be noted that in order to charge it from empty to full takes some considerable time and should likely be done overnight.Also unlike some items of a similar style, is pretty bulky and larger than youd expect. The additional light however is a great feature and works well.

Great charger specially for travel, I was able to fully use it to charge 4 devices and still had some battery left, charges pretty fast I will suggest not using your device while charging it, price was great, heavy duty, Make sure to charge it as soon as it arrives it needs a good 4 hours or overnight charge.

I have bought a total of three three of these and my son has an additional one. I have two for myself and I bought an extra for my mom. I love it when these go on sale because they are excellent battery Banks. If you really want the power out of them, make sure to get a cord and a plug that can handle that much power. I see complaints about not getting the wattage or things charging slow and all I can think is you don't have the proper cord or the proper plug. While these will run on any of the numerous little plugs you have roaming around from old phones, it will be a slow charge and you're only going to charge things as high as the power cord will allow from the battery Bank. Of course how much the item you're charging will depend upon how much it will draw. But if you have a high drawing item, get a cord that is suitable and a plug. I apologize that it's just simply a annoyance I constantly see in these reviews and it needed to be addressed.These are worth more than what they charge when they are not on sale, but when they are on sale take advantage and get a couple. If you're using them all the time, they're great. If you're putting them aside for an emergency, they're great. They come with around 70 to 75% charge so finish the charge before you put them up.

So when I got the charger bank it was at 73% so I finished charging it. I let my phone die completely then put it on my charging bank. I have an iPhone 15 plus and use the original phone cord I got with my phone on the bank and it too 20% of the battery to charge my phone to 100 percent in about an hour or so. So far it’s working great. It last awhile. It is heavy! But worth carrying the weight. Easy to use. I had bought one for my husband and then he bought one for me.
