Works great for my application.Fill/Topper off atf fluid through dip stick tube instead of the hard to reach Fill port. Also used to to extract overfilled power steering reservoir.

I bought this to suction out and remove motor oil and coolant (thick viscous fluids) from recessed portions of my engine compartment, where I couldn't get to otherwise. I didn't have a hose attachment small enough to use my shop-vac and it felt like overkill anyway.The hose/tube on this item was plenty long enough and "rigid" enough to reach into the cavities where oil had pooled, and even sturdy enough that i could kinda wedge the tubing into the spot so I could use both hands to operate the syringe - it was too large to easily use one hand to pull the stopper, coupled with the thicker fluid. It was able to easily suck up and spit out the oil.

Used this as a siphoning tool to remove the extra transmission fluid I added to the car rather than having to do work by getting under the car to drain it out. Worked out well for this purpose. Plunger had a strong suction power and the tubing provided with the syringe was the perfect size and length for difficult to reach places. I prefer to use the syringe over the siphon pump so I know exactly how much fluid was extracted and the transparent barrel with large graduation marks made it easy to see. Overall, is is a good quality product and can be used for a variety of purposes.

I purchased this in hopes of removing excess oil out of my 2001 camaro. Unfortunately it did not work for me because the dipstick tube twisted towards the bottom so I was unable to reach the oil pan. If you have a dipstick that has a twist at the end thos will not work for you. If your dipstick is completely straight then this will work. I found that out the hard way but it is what it is still works for other uses such as power steering so it wasn't a complete waste of money.

I bought this hoping I could use it for fueling up a gas rc boat. The plastic resisted the gas but the rubber plunger absorbed it. Good quality besides that.

Using this syringe to measure and draw liquids out of gallon jugs (propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin for vaping). Works amazing for PG and struggles with room-temp VG, but because the viscosities are so different, this doesn't take any stars off. I'll probably just find a syringe with a larger diameter tube/tip for the thicker liquid.Otherwise, the plastic tube (equivalent to aquarium airline tubing, can be cut to preferred length) inserts directly into syringe tip without any hassle, and has a very snug fit--but not so snug that I can't pull it off for cleaning. Comes in sterilized packaging and says single use, but if you don't need it sterile, then it's good for multiple uses. Gradations are clearly stamped, but don't expect perfect measurement on these larger syringes--better off using a tared scale or smaller gradated syringe (smaller=less deviation) if you need to measure things with total accuracy.Also: I haven't noticed any off-flavors in the vape juice I'm making with this syringe as the measuring device. I'll amend this review if the longevity seems lacking, of if off-flavors begin appearing, but so far I'm happy with my purchase.
