The best money I’ve ever spent!
This has been so enlightening! I’m a thin, very active, and very healthy eating 60 year old with an A1c just barely in the pre diabetic range (5.7) per my last physical and lab results. I was shocked. So I bought this to see if I could find out when my sugars were high and after what foods. Well I was shocked again to find out how high my sugars went and how frequently I get big swings. I’m on my 4th day and have finally figured out through trial and error my diet and activity level and timing to give me a good Lingo score. I found that I need to eat less carbs (even though all were whole grain) and less fruit (I love fruit!) and only after some protein but mostly that I need to eat smaller meals and to stay active for about an hour after each meal to keep my sugar levels stable and from peaking so high. Yes it’s a little bit of a hassle but something I can do and so much better than medication or worse - having diabetic complications down the road. I would never have known without being able to have a constant monitoring system! It’s very easy to place the monitor and painless. And the app is easy to use. This will change my behavior and prevent so much pain and problems in my future. I cannot recommend this high enough if you’re pre diabetic or if you just want to have your eyes opened regarding what your sugars are on a real time basis. The best fifty bucks I’ve ever spent! It’s now 7 days later. The monitor stopped working on day 6. I called Amazon and they gave me a full refund without any problems. However, I still think the information was life changing for me. I would have liked more time to try different foods to see my body’s response, so I will try another one. I’m going to keep my rating at 5 stars because of how incredibly enlightening it was even though it only lasted the 6 days.

Excellent product - loved it! Everyone over 40 should try it
First and foremost, this is an excellent product and I used it to make sure I was healthy and not potentially diabetic.I have an iPhone 15 and after I very easily applied the sensor (didn’t feel a thing) I connected it. (give permission to connect via Bluetooth or it won’t work)Everyone needs to know that this product is NOT for diabetics, but it absolutely could be used by anyone that wants to make sure they are not a almost diabetic and then improve their health because it gives you immediate feedback about your eating habits and your body’s reaction. If your glucose spikes after eating and doesn’t come down for a very long time, then you have a problem. It could also be used by aType2 diabetic that does not have insurance or approval for a CGM because it is far cheaper than other CGM‘s. At least you would eliminate most fingersticks and be able to tell when you are too low or above 200 as that is the limit for this product because again it is not for diabetics and does not require a prescription. My experience was absolutely fantastic, even as a healthy person. I was able to track my glucose spikes, depending on which food I ate, I even noticed the effect of a slight glucose spike in the morning when you wake up, which is natural. It’s absolutely gave me wonderful insight into my internal workings and my own health. Excellent product. Everyone should try it once especially if you are over 40 or feeling sluggish or you’re just not healthy and want to know more

Affordable option
Mine stopped working after 3 days and getting a replacement thru their customer service.Product itself was okay. App was straightforward and intuitive. But as a content creater I wish they had more options in chart. (Like what to show and not show, zoom in and out, etc)Prepare to provide below information.• What’s the exact number of days you had been wearing the biosensor for when this situation arose?• What did the error message in the app say (as close to the exact wording as you can)?• Which 4-digit codes does your app list? You can check by clicking on the circle biosensor icon at the top right of the main app screen, then selecting HELP, then BIOSENSOR HISTORY.• Where there any specific activities or actions (for example exercising or showering) which may have affected biosensor functioning in any way?• What’s your biosensor's ID or SN? Find this by clicking on the circle biosensor icon at the top right of the main app screen then selecting option HELP and then BIOSENSOR HISTORY. It’s also on the side of your biosensor or the little gray box it came in. It is an alphanumeric number that start with “9”.• Please let us know the phone model and software version (iOS).• Which app version of Lingo are you using?• To confirm your account, please provide the postcode of your shipping address.• Did you receive medical treatment from anyone other than yourself due to this issue?• Did the issue result in a loss of consciousness or a seizure?

Don’t get readings for huge chunks of time
I was really disappointed with the product. I understand that as a CGM data won’t closely align with the accuracy of a blood glucose meter but you lose a whole day of use because of how inaccurate it is on the first day. The application and needle for inserting the device was quick and painless, but I had to replace my sensor because of how often I got sensor errors. The quality of readings is unacceptable. I would have gaps of data’s because of biosensor errors that would last over 8 hours multiple times. The app even says to wait at least 7 hours. The price is not worth the amount of issues. I also hate the way their “counts” system works. Not helpful and penalizes you for nature spikes that might happen because of hormonal changes when you sleep .
