Yummy
Never tried this before and don't really know what to do with it. so I made up some noodles drained them and mixed in 3 teaspoons of this delicious oily beany spicy stuff and wow there so good .. makes me wonder how your supposed to use it 🤔 tasting it straight from the pot it's delicious but very salty. However 3 TSP in a portion of egg noodles the salt flavour is gone seasoning the noodles perfectly !! What else can I say 🤔 tho it is spicy it is not crazy spicy, leaves your mouth glowing not burning and doesn't linger.. tho I guess that's subjective.. a bit pricey on Amazon so I don't think I will buy it from here again but I will defo look out for it in Asian supermarkets and will get it again !!

Good stuff
Delicious in noodles and stir fry, you shouldn't use much of it as it's very flavourful and extremely high in sodium, 15g of this stuff has 1.2g of sodium which is equivelant to 3g of salt, thankfully a little goes a long way and it works great as a low calorie sauce for noodles.

Tasty!
I recently decided to try out the Chinese Sichuan Chilli Bean Sauce, and boy, am I glad I did! This sauce has an incredible depth of flavor that instantly transported my taste buds to the streets of Sichuan. The combination of spicy chilies and savory bean notes is perfectly balanced, creating a symphony of tastes that dance on the palate.

Greasy
I found this to be oily greasy, and no matter how much I stirred it it separated. The flavour though was good, ended up using a small strainer to remove the liquid. It worked extremely well then

A great addition to my Chinese spices
A bit chunkier and less refined than Lee Kum Kee's paste but I do like the taste better and it's in a 500gm jar so will last a while longer, very satisfied ! if you reckon it's a bit salty: don't add as much.Definitely an authentic Szechuan flavour.

Wow it's spicey!
This is exactly what it says on the description - it's certainly spicy and gives a lovely warm kick to the dishes thst I cook. Use it sparingly. I think it will last a little while as only a little is needed for each dish. It's certainly genuine Chinese sauce.
