Fantastic product. Works wonders. Really well designed. Gel pads do not stay warm for long. Better when cold. But functional. Do not best in microwave for longer than 30 seconds. I tried 40. And pouch ballooned in size.

Bought for a friend suffering from TMJ and he has found this to give him a lot of relief. You can alternate between hot and cold with the pads easily enough, is comfortable to wear (he has fallen asleep wearing it) and is washable. Nothing bad to say about it.

Superb, bought for daughter who has had jaw surgery and double wisdom teeth removal. Comes with spare set of gel packs so you can always have one pair in the freezer. Fantastic value, easy to use. 🙂

Following wisdom tooth issues I purchased this a day after trying a similar product. Why? This looked to be wider and offer more cooling area to facial aspect of jaw, plus other option gave me cold ears. Pros - the ice packs are shaped, narrower towards ear and wider end, they also Velcro in place vs being in a pouch so you have a lot of control over where to put the ice. Gaps for ears also useful. Cons - as they Velcro on, there is no covering to the ice pack, so you need to be careful about protecting your face. This can be quite frustrating as you want it to be cold, but not to the point it will burn or damage your skin. I ended up using tissues. Because of this it’s hard to comment on how cool it stays The instructions (online and with the product) say to ALWAYS use the bag it comes in when freezing, the bag isn’t suitable for this and after three uses (of around and hour each time) it had ripped open. Contacted supplier who advised they only recommend this to keep clean and any bag can be used. They offered a $5 refund. Frustrating as had I known the bag would crack when frozen I would used an alternative and kept what looked to be a durable bag for storage. Overall it’s okay. I don’t find it retains the cold as much as my other one, and it requires a bit more effort to get the balance of freezing right.

Duality is great. Comes with 4 packs, you can either ice or heat both. If you’re getting your wisdom teeth out, get this before you go for the procedure. You will thank yourself in advance.

I ordered 4 different wisdom teeth ice packs and this one was the best, covering a good area and easily adjustable. I used it for the first two days after the surgery constantly 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off and had no bruising at all. You will need at least 2 sets of this, as the ice packs need around 2 hours to freeze. For the days after I was able to use it to heat and heated it up in hot water, I didn't have any issues.

Great solution at a great price! So, I did a little research to find some way to get rid of a small hard deep cyst on my left cheek near the jawline. My dermatologist said my only permanent solution was surgery, which would also cause a scar. What bothered me most about it was the attention-drawing discoloration and raised surface. I put together a daily regime of vitamins and external compress treatment. I am NOT a doctor. After only four days of this new regime, I can no longer feel the cyst by touch. The discoloration has greatly improved. I am finally making progress without surgery! DAILY VITAMINS: Zinc 15mg/day Vitamin A 5,000 IU/day NAC 600mg/day SURFACE TREATMENT: Warm compress 2x a day for 20 minutes with a moist chamomile tea bag on top of cyst under the compress. This compress strap is comfortable and versatile. Super easy to use and store away. Affordable and well made. Bonus? Removable packets attach in place with velcro.

Nach Weisheitszähne OP für meine Tochter gekauft. Sie war sehr zufrieden. Hatte noch von einem anderen Hersteller bestellt. Im Vergleich hat dieser Artikel aber wesentlich besser abgeschnitten. Hält gut am Kopf und verrutscht nicht. Kühlung hält lange an. Ist bequem zu tragen. Meiner Tochter hat es die Schmerzen nicht genommen aber sehr gut gelindert. Daumen hoch. Würde ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen
