I'm a size 32waist 34leg - slim to average 55 year old - not much of a belly . Size Medium was bought.Pouch size well it was B for me and its ok while the appendage is asleep.Pockets work for the phoneThey are tight all overNot sure I like the material feel but its ok.The thing thats not working for me is they ride down , I've tried pulling the legs up so there is no reason the waste drops , I've also almost cut myself in half (well my arse looks good in these) pulling these up possibly further than I should - but they still continue to ride down and its almost instant.
