Q: Is the 24x36 arch mirror heavy???

Very light. I have no upper body strength and these were super easy to install. Because of the single hook, I was able to install 2 mirrors about 8 feet apart

Q: How many hanging screw holes for the larger arched mirror? One or two?

I didn’t use the screws mine is leaning on fireplace so I’m really not sure

Q: Mine came with no hardware to hang it over the door (ie the hooks that go over the top of the door). Should these have been included?

I purchased the round mirror, it did not have hang over the door hooks. I mounted it directly on the wall
