Took these augers for our beach trip to make it easier to open the hole for the umbrella anchor and worked perfectly! Less time manually turning the anchor to dig in the sand and more beach time!

Great with the right tools
Soft ground great. definitely made job easier in a pinch. Cordless stalled often for me, but worked well with other higher strength tools. Air impact wrench with this attached ate thru bush roots like it was nothing at a foot deep using mid size bit

Doesn't work very well on my hard clay ground, they all bent. I am sure they would be great for softer soil.
