An excellent budget laptop , a doddle to use and set up, FHD clear display, portable
This was very easy to set up and sync with my mobile phone, the set up was a doddle and I'm really impressed with the specs and overall quality of the screen , very colourful and vivid , clear FHD screen.I find it perfect for watching YouTube or browsing the Internet, but it also comes in handy for work , it's very portable and streamlined, it's easy to take with me anywhere and I love te slim design.I had it set up to my canon printer with ease in no time at all, I can transfer pictures and data from my mobile phone easily too , it also has find my phone option if needed.I think it's an excellent option for a budget laptop, it actually looks more of a mid range laptop , it looks stylish and well made and a popping FHD display.I've found the performance of the laptop really good so far, I've had no problems with the set up or connectivity of it , it's been a doddle to use and set up.

Perfect for studying and coursework
Would like to preface by saying I wanted a Chromebook for coursework. Just web-based usage, browsing the internet, using Google Docs, emailing. It's a really beautiful, simple machine right out the box. Sleek and smooth, no fan so it doesn't get hot, lightweight to carry around with my books. Battery life is amazing. Screen is good. Keyboard good.If you're looking for an efficient, fast, lightweight machine for studies then I 100% recommend this. I'm so pleased with it!

Great apart from the screen
Easy setup, a real pleasure to receive and set up in conjunction with my phone. They worked together perfectly, I was seriously impressed - this is how software should be.Good performance. Long battery life. Light weight and very pleasant to look at in this blue colour.Fast charging with the supplied charger, or charge for a few hours with any low power USB charger for convenience.Very fast boot-up. Always recovers from sleep mode as soon as you open the lid.My use-case is well catered for. Web radio streaming, occasional research on the Internet, plus WhatsApp and a few other Android apps. It's quite wonderful to be able to use Android apps on chromeOS. Most seem to work fine, with a few differences compared to their behaviour on a pure Android device. My particular banking app is not supported, this is the only disappointment for me here.Keyboard is fine, mine arrived with a UK layout instead of the USA layout shown. So that was pleasing.I thought I'd need to use an external mouse but the touch-pad is perfectly adequate. Scrolling with two fingertips is actually fun.The speakers sound ok for their size. Nice stereo effect, though of course they lack both bass and top-end treble.Audio output through the proper old-fashioned 3.5mm jack is wonderful.Unlike on many devices, the bass and treble are not rolled-off. So it is full bandwidth, high quality sound.Negligible digital noise to spoil the audio. I use it constantly for internet radio streaming and it's great.Drops a star for the LCD screen, which is something of an embarrassment.I had to use the colour management settings to bring up the red tones, choose browser themes carefully and select permanent night mode. After that I had adequate contrast and fair colours, though only if you tilt the screen well back. Otherwise it is washed-out.So, a good-value machine with great all-round performance but a poor LCD.Recommended if you don't mind experimenting with colour settings etc to sort out the weak screen.

Good chromebook
Really simple set up and the pre loaded word and spreadsheet software are ideal. Does everything it says it would do. Nothing not to like and good value for money. Would recommend to those with limited tech needs like myself who want a solid bit of kit with few thrills but can use the internet, emails, word processing and the spreadsheet without any dramas or large (microsoft) cost.

With this type of electronic an instruction book is essential
Not good struggled to find out how to do stuff e.g caps lock. No instruction book to show what keys do what as its a chromebook and it works a bit different to an actual laptop. Unable to get word on there plus other stuff. Not good at all
