These taste great and help boost b12. I love that they are methylated, that way they are absorbed better in the body, especially if you have a MTHFR gene mutation.

I was recommended this by an alternative medicine practitioner. The taste is pleasant, not a bad after taste like some others. When I don't take it, I definitely can tell. It helps with my energy levels and is extremely easy to add into my daily supplement routine. I have purchased this a few times and will continue to do so.

If your levels are low these are great! I’m backing off as my levels are now on the high side. Taste is pleasant and melts quickly. Excellent value.

I love the product, tastes great, dissolves easily.I hate the Giant bottle for a small amount of product. The company should be embarrassed at the plastic waste.
